Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji instructs Sikhs to rise in the early morning hours (Amrit Vela). To mediate on God’s name (Naam Simran). Then recite Gurbani. Throughout the day Sikhs are taught to continually remember God’s name.

UPDATED - Covid-19 Regulations

The UK Government has confirmed that England will move to Plan B following the rapid spread of the Omicron variant in the UK.
 
Consequently from Friday 10 December, face coverings will become compulsory in places of worship. 
 
All sangat visiting the gurdwara should wear a face covering, unless exempt for medical reasons. 
 
If you have any COVID symptoms please ensure you follow guidance on testing and self-isolate per government rules.
